THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

Houghton Books must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you have received the goods. To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please ensure that you return the book within 30 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in.
You will be refunded the return delivery costs, equal to the original delivery costs paid, if the return was a result of an error on Houghton Book's part. If the return was not as a result of an error on the part of Houghton Books, you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
The refund will be deposited back in your credit / debit card account. Once your refund has been credited, we will send you confirmation of the refund via email.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Delivery outside the UK will be by airmail, Europe within 4 working days, the rest of the world within 6 working days. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once, the package reaches the specified destination. Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
